Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to student growth and development, working a full-time schedule that allows you to engage with a diverse caseload spanning elementary through high school.

Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma COTA license required
• Experience or training as a COTA in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students K-12
• Collaborative spirit to work alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing student goals
• Support students in improving functional, social, and academic skills within the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Communicate effectively with families, educators, and related service providers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student evaluations and reports
