As a valued member of the special education team on a contract basis, youll play a critical role in helping young learners achieve their developmental and learning goals.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Pennsylvania COTA license required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Work 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days, within a collaborative school team
• Provide occupational therapy support services to preschool-aged children, implementing treatment plans developed by OTs
• Monitor, document, and report student progress to support IEP goals and overall development
• Assist with adapting activities and environments for easier student access and engagement
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with other school professionals
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment that encourages students independence and self-confidence
