As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), youll play a critical role district-wide, helping young learners reach their fullest potential across diverse school settings. This onsite position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, ensuring meaningful engagement with both students and the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Texas COTA license is required
  • Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual student needs

  • Flexibility to work across multiple school sites within the district

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy services under the guidance of licensed OTs

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to advocate for student needs
  • Assist in the development of strategies and accommodations that enable student success
