Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in implementing individualized therapy programs for students with varying needs
- Work closely with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff in developing strategies for students success
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services that promote motor, sensory, and self-care skills
- Record accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and outcomes
- Support student participation in classroom activities and daily routines
- Communicate observations, student performance, and recommendations to the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting as needed
