Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks
• Document student progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student success
• Engage with teachers and support staff to integrate OT strategies in the classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents and families concerning student goals and achievements
