Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior pediatric or school experience is highly valued, but not required

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, with a focus on helping students build functional skills for classroom participation and daily activities
  • Work either one-on-one or in small group settings, tailoring interventions to each students individual needs
  • Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors relevant to their educational goals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, when needed, and help maintain accurate records of student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families, sharing insights to maximize student growth and achievement
