Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Ohio
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation procedures
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Document student progress and maintain detailed records as required
- Communicate with teachers, staff, and families to provide updates and training on relevant techniques
