- School-based experience preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome

- Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to a diverse group of students
- Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation
What youll do:
- Execute occupational therapy treatment plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Support students with a wide range of needs, from fine motor and sensory integration to self-care and classroom participation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student progress and inclusion
- Document interventions, progress, and communication according to school and agency guidelines
- Assist in developing and modifying learning activities to align with each students educational goals
- Maintain a positive, encouraging environment to motivate student growth
