Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid AZ Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card required
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and passion for helping children succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in executing individualized therapy plans for students
- Support students' engagement, functional skills, and independence in classroom and school activities
- Document progress, collaborate with teachers and staff, and participate in meetings as needed
- Adapt activities and materials to meet diverse student needs
- Maintain an organized, proactive approach in a fast-paced educational environment
