Preferred Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification and relevant WA state licensure
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings (strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of special education processes and IEPs
• Ability to collaborate with OTs, educators, and families
• Familiarity with a variety of disabilities and student support needs
• Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct therapeutic occupational therapy services under OT supervision as outlined in students IEPs
• Conduct small group and one-on-one sessions focused on fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Support student participation in classroom routines and social/emotional activities
• Accurately document services and progress notes in accordance with school and district policies
• Communicate progress and strategies with teachers, staff, and families
• Participate actively in team meetings and IEP reviews
