This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule at 35 hours per week, providing structure and stability throughout your assignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Valid state licensure required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
  • Ability to support and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) for middle school students
  • Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic academic environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with occupational therapists to implement treatment plans for students
  • Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills within the school setting
  • Track and document student progress, reporting key updates to the therapy team and school staff
  • Adapt techniques to suit various student needs, promoting engagement and growth in a middle school caseload
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing professional insights to support student success
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation
