Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) ready to collaborate within dynamic school settings, building meaningful relationships and shaping brighter futures for students.

In this full-time role, youll serve students across multiple grade levels with a variety of COTA needs. Youll become an integral part of school-based therapy teams, actively contributing to student success and empowerment. Two openings are available, so now is the time to make an impact!

Key Qualifications:

  • Current COTA certification and state licensure required
  • Previous school-based experience is highly desired
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Comfort working with K-12 students on varied caseloads
  • Adaptability to support a broad range of therapeutic goals
  • Proficiency with technology for documentation and Zoom-based interviews

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement occupational therapy plans developed by supervising OTs
  • Deliver targeted interventions to foster students academic and functional independence
  • Document progress clearly and in a timely manner
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
  • Adapt therapeutic activities to suit individual student needs
  • Communicate progress and strategies with teaching staff and families
