- Ability to implement therapy plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Assist in developing and adapting materials and activities for individual student needs
- Support Occupational Therapist with assessments, data collection, and progress reporting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to facilitate student success
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of sessions and student progress
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
