What Youll Bring:
- Valid Illinois COTA license
- Prior experience in a school or early childhood setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of early intervention and hands-on, exploratory learning strategies
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to creating inclusive, developmentally appropriate learning opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to early childhood students within an integrated classroom model
- Collaborate with a talented team of educators and therapists to reinforce motor, language, and functional life skills
- Adapt activities and interventions to meet each childs unique needs
- Track student progress and provide clear, ongoing communication with team members and families
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
