Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification and licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience supporting children or adolescents, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to follow individualized education plans and therapist guidance faithfully
• Adaptable, proactive attitude with a passion for student welfare and growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy activities as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Support students in building fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in school activities
• Document progress and communicate updates to the therapy team and educational staff
• Modify and adapt classroom tools or environments as needed to foster student engagement
• Participate in meetings and contribute observations to the IEP review process
