Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid COTA license in the state of Washington
  • Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Proficiency in implementing treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong communication abilities for collaboration with educators, families, and students
  • Organizational skills for managing caseload documentation and tracking student progress
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as prescribed
  • Assist with evaluations and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support students with a variety of disabilities and learning needs
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, teachers, and families
  • Adapt activities and materials to promote student independence
  • Accurately maintain records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Travel between multiple school sites as needed
