Make a difference supporting students growth and engagement as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at a welcoming school community near Bethlehem, PA. This 35-hour-per-week, onsite contract role offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your therapy skills within an educational setting, collaborating with therapists and teaching staff to help students access their curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania COTA license required
• Experience providing occupational therapy support in schools preferred
• Familiarity with common school-based documentation and IEP processes
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compliance with any state or district-specific requirements as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized occupational therapy interventions as directed by the supervising OT
• Support students participation in academic and functional school activities
• Collect and document student data to report on progress and inform therapy adjustments
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to address students unique needs
• Adapt materials, routines, or environments to help students meet their goals
• Assist with screenings and assessments
• Maintain accurate records in alignment with district and state standards
