This full-time, contract opportunity offers 35 hours per week, working with K-12 caseloads across several schools. Required Skills & Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania COTA license required
- Direct experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of OT practices within both home health and educational environments
- Compassionate communication and collaborative abilities to interact with students, staff, and families
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students occupational therapy needs within a K-12 school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve students participation and performance in school activities
- Monitor progress and regularly update documentation to ensure compliance and quality care
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Support students in both one-on-one and group settings, adapting strategies to promote engagement and independence
