Job Description

This full-time, contract opportunity offers 35 hours per week, working with K-12 caseloads across several schools. Required Skills & Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania COTA license required
  • Direct experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of OT practices within both home health and educational environments
  • Compassionate communication and collaborative abilities to interact with students, staff, and families
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students occupational therapy needs within a K-12 school environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve students participation and performance in school activities
  • Monitor progress and regularly update documentation to ensure compliance and quality care
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Support students in both one-on-one and group settings, adapting strategies to promote engagement and independence
