Qualifications & Experience:

• Active PA licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or related healthcare occupational therapy settings is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and preschool interventions
• Strong communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy servicesindividually or in groupsto preschool students, addressing fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to design interventions that support each childs unique needs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with regulations
• Engage families in the therapeutic process and offer strategies to support students at home and in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and report progress toward student goals
