You'll collaborate closely with therapists and educational staff to empower students of various ages and abilities, making a measurable difference in their daily learning and participation.

Key Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification and active state licensure (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in school environments preferred, but healthcare or pediatric backgrounds are welcomed
• Ability to work effectively with diverse types of disabilities
• Strong communication skills to partner with teachers, therapists, and families
• Comfortable adapting to the needs of multiple campuses and age groups

Responsibilities:

• Support occupational therapy goals as outlined by supervising OTs in the educational setting
• Assist with documentation, student progress monitoring, and caseload organization
• Implement therapeutic activities to foster fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
• Travel between assigned schools to provide hands-on interventions and classroom support
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve independence within their abilities
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
