Job Description

Your expertise in occupational therapy will be applied in a dynamic school-based setting, collaborating with educational teams and delivering care that helps students thrive. Qualifications:

  • Valid AZ COTA license
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with educational service models for students with diverse needs
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for multiple age groups, from early childhood through middle school
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Implement occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
  • Work directly with students to support achievement of educational and developmental goals
  • Document student progress and assist with evaluations and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student support
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute observations and recommendations
  • Adjust interventions and materials to meet each students individual needs
