Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active COTA certification in Illinois or eligibility for licensure

• Excellent ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and parents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to changing schedules and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services as prescribed by supervising occupational therapists
• Support students in achieving IEP goals through engaging therapeutic activities
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of student sessions and objectives
• Help modify classroom materials and environments to foster accessibility for all learners
• Contribute to the development of therapy strategies and participate in staff meetings
• Communicate regularly with teachers and families regarding student progress
