Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred

- Ability to adapt interventions for a diverse K-12 student caseload
- Comfortable utilizing virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom) for interviews and potential meetings

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions as directed by an Occupational Therapist, tailoring activities for students across a variety of grade levels
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals and therapeutic strategies
- Document student progress and maintain clear, accurate records
- Support students in developing fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive techniques for school success
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent communications as needed
