This full-time role is designed for Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants passionate about supporting students' growth and independence. With a 35-hour workweek, you'll collaborate with educational teams to deliver impactful therapy services to a diverse student population.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Pennsylvania COTA or OT license
• Previous experience in school settings is highly desirable
• Broad skill set spanning COTA Healthcare, OT Home Health, and OT School
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based, student-centered practices
• Ability to adeptly manage K-12 caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across varying grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to inform interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school staff
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate actively in IEP and team meetings
