Support the health and well-being of a medically fragile female student in an engaging school environment. This full-time position requires a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about providing compassionate care and support in an educational setting.
Location: Paradise Valley, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and medical assistance to a medically fragile female student
- Monitor and report any changes in students health status promptly and accurately
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and mobility support as needed
- Collaborate closely with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated student care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment aligned with healthcare and school policies
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification with current licensure
- Experience working with medically fragile individuals, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Ability to provide attentive and respectful care adhering to confidentiality and professional standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
