Preferred Qualifications:
- Current CNA license and up-to-date CPR certification
- Previous experience supporting pediatric populations
- Proven ability to monitor and respond to medical needs, including seizure disorder management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to maintaining student confidentiality and dignity
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to a pre-kindergarten student
- Monitor the student throughout the school day and during bus rides
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe, inclusive environment
- Respond promptly and appropriately to medical situations, including potential seizures
- Support daily living skills and facilitate participation in classroom activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
