We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide direct care and support to patients in a school-based setting. This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient status
- Support hygiene and personal care routines
- Communicate patient needs and updates with nurses and care teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification required
- Previous experience in a healthcare, school, or caregiving setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a care team
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
