Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current CNA license and active CPR certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Skilled in monitoring and responding to seizure disorders a strong advantage.
  • Compassionate communicator able to collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany and monitor a Pre-K student with a seizure disorder during bus transport to and from school.
  • Deliver personal care services and medical support as needed throughout the school day (7:45am 11:15am, Monday through Friday).
  • Proactively identify and respond to any health-related emergencies, especially seizure activity.
  • Document care provided and report any significant concerns or incidents to appropriate personnel.
  • Foster a supportive, reassuring environment to promote the students comfort, safety, and engagement.
