Job Description

Supporting a medically complex 7th-grade student in a middle school setting, this role calls for a compassionate and skilled LNA or CNA to provide dedicated one-on-one assistance during the school year. The position offers a structured schedule from 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent support throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized care and support to a medically complex student.
  • Assist with daily medical and personal needs in accordance with care plans.
  • Monitor student health conditions and communicate effectively with school staff and healthcare providers.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Document care provided and changes in student condition accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
  • Experience working with medically complex children preferred.
  • Ability to provide attentive one-on-one care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, reliability, and a compassionate approach to student care.

Location: Manchester, NH Middle School setting.
