Job Description
A healthcare professional is needed to provide one-on-one nursing support for a medically complex 7th-grade student at a middle school located in Londonderry, NH. This contract position is scheduled for the current school year (CSY) and offers consistent daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized nursing care and assistance throughout the school day, ensuring the students health and safety.
- Monitor and manage medical needs with attentiveness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to maintain appropriate care plans.
- Document and report any changes in the students condition promptly.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification is required.
- Experience working with medically complex students or individuals with special health care needs is preferred.
- Strong observational and communication skills to provide effective one-on-one support.
- Ability to follow detailed health care plans and protocols in an educational setting.
Location:
- Middle school in Londonderry, NH.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM.
