Seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a contract position within a school setting located in Lawrence, MA. This role is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA with experience supporting students health and well-being in educational environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to students with medical or physical needs
- Monitor student health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with daily hygiene, mobility, and medication administration under supervision
- Support the school nurse in emergency situations and health screenings
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure a clean, safe environment
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification
- Prior experience working as a CNA in schools or similar settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Knowledge of basic medical and emergency procedures
