A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide dedicated one-on-one care to a middle school student diagnosed with diabetes. This role is in Lakewood, NJ, and requires working full-time hours from February 25 through June 17.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct care and support to a fragile diabetic student during the school day
• Monitoring blood sugar levels and administering appropriate diabetic care based on established medical protocols
• Ensuring the students safety and well-being in a middle school environment
• Collaborating with school staff as needed to accommodate the students health needs

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification is mandatory
• Prior experience working with diabetic patients, especially children, is required
• Ability to manage 1:1 caseload with attention to detail and compassion
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within an educational setting
