Job Description

Provide essential care and support as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a medically complex 7th-grade student in a school setting located in Derry, NH. This contract position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, supporting the student's health and daily needs throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one care for a medically complex student, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, medical needs, and health monitoring during school hours.
  • Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to the student's changing medical needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a CNA or licensure as an LNA.
  • Experience working with medically complex students or individuals requiring specialized care.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Location: Derry, New Hampshire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 2:30 PM
