Qualifications:
- Current and valid CNA certification
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide dedicated 1:1 care
- Reliability and professionalism in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer individualized, compassionate care to an elementary-aged student throughout the school day
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and health monitoring
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding the students care
- Respond to on-the-spot needs and support the students overall school participation
