Job Description

Embark on a meaningful contract assignment working within dynamic elementary school settings, supporting students at Butterfly Ridge and Orchard Grove. This opportunity is tailored for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) seeking hands-on experience in school environments and the chance to make a lasting impact on students lives. Full-time, immediate openings are available, with roles running from now through mid-November, and potential for extension subject to ongoing needs.

What Youll Bring:

  • Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with diverse elementary student populations preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Flexibility and resilience in high-need or crisis school settings
  • Compassion and commitment to positive outcomes for children Pre-K through 5th grade

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral support services to students, assisting classroom teachers and school staff
  • For Butterfly Ridge, provide school-wide and crisis support for an elementary population with multiple needs
  • For Orchard Grove, offer targeted, program-specific assistance within the Learning for Life Program
  • Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data as required
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere aligned with each schools goals
  • Adapt strategies to meet individual student and classroom needs as directed by supervising BCBA or school staff
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
