Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or license in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field (BCBA or similar preferred)
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school settings
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and positive behavior supports
• Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized support plans for students exhibiting challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and provide training/guidance to school staff
• Document observations, maintain detailed records, and prepare regular progress reports
• Support the development of classroom-wide behavior management systems
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to student planning
