Job Description

Looking for a dynamic opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving multiple school sites near Quincy, MA? This contract position is ideal for experienced professionals eager to make a difference in student lives while working within a diverse educational environment. The assignment runs until June 2027, offering the chance to support students, families, and fellow staff across 23 schools within the district.

What youll bring:

  • Current BCBA certification and active Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential, approved by the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
  • Demonstrated experience in Functional Behavior Assessments and designing, writing, and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong skills in data collection, graphing, and creating progress reports for IEP meetings
  • Ability and enthusiasm for supervising and training paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly valued
  • Commitment to collaboration in a multi-building educational setting

In this impactful role, youll be responsible for:

  • Covering multiple school sites, providing targeted behavioral support
  • Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Developing and adjusting individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Rigorous data collection and analysis, essential for progress monitoring and IEP meetings
  • Offering substantial supervision, coaching, and modeling for paraprofessionals and other staff working directly with students
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students and team members
