• Background as a Behavior Specialist, Paraprofessional, or RBT in a school or similar setting
• Ability to support and implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families
• Experience with data collection and progress monitoring
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability in diverse classroom settings
• Commitment to supporting students' social, emotional, and academic growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors and de-escalate challenging situations
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of special education and clinical staff
• Track and document student progress and behavioral data
• Communicate regularly with teachers, related service providers, and caregivers about student progress
• Encourage student participation and independence in academic and social activities
