Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a K-12 school setting in Jacksonville, FL. This contract position involves working 37.5 hours per week across five days, focusing on delivering evidence-based interventions and behavior management plans tailored to students individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans to ensure positive outcomes.
- Provide training and consultation to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida BCBA license is required.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
