Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary school students in New Castle, Delaware. This contract position runs through the end of the 2025-2026 school year and offers full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Candidates with Delaware licensure and school experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic support to elementary students without an autism classification
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent consultations

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Active Delaware licensure, preferably with school experience
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site during school hours
