A school-based Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed for a contract position in Naperville, IL. This role supports special education classrooms operated by a cooperative organization specializing in collaborative special education services in the Burbank area, focusing on applied behavior analysis and behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educational staff
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to monitor student progress
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in special education behavior services
Qualifications:
