Job Description

This opening seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavior support services in a K-12 school district located in Minneapolis, MN. The position focuses on consulting and intervention efforts within classrooms that experience higher suspension rates among students of color, particularly Black students with disabilities. This role plays a vital part in advancing equitable disciplinary practices and reducing suspensions through data-driven behavior strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior consultation and direct support across multiple classroom settings within the district.
  • Collaborate with school teams to design and implement behavior interventions aimed at reducing suspension and dismissal rates.
  • Analyze behavioral data to identify trends and guide decision-making.
  • Support Extended School Year (ESY) programs as needed.
  • Work onsite with educators, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes aligned with district goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid BCBA national certification is required.

Location and Commitment:
