Job Description

What were seeking:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Current LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) licensure from the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
  • Prior experience working in school-based or multi-site settings preferred
  • Expertise conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing/modifying Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Strong skills in data collection, graphing, and progress reporting aligned with IEP processes
  • Experience supervising, training, and modeling techniques for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers
  • Bilingual Spanish abilities highly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support across 23 sites, adapting to varied caseloads and needs
  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments to inform targeted behavior strategies
  • Write and adjust effective Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to student needs
  • Oversee collection, analysis, and presentation of behavioral data at IEP meetings
  • Mentor, train, and model best practices for 1:1 paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom staff
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
