Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional needs in a school or clinical setting
• Valid certification or degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis to track student progress
• Ability to adapt behavioral strategies to diverse student populations and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine student needs and plan appropriate interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans to support student growth
• Train and consult with teachers and school staff on effective behavior management strategies
• Facilitate social skills development groups and provide individual student support as required
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions and adjustments
• Attend meetings with families and multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and recommendations
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and reports per school protocols
