This contract opportunity spans from now through June 2026 and is based on-site, serving various classrooms across a district near Lakeville, MN. The focus is on supporting environments with historically higher suspension rates for students of color, with a concerted goal of reducing suspensions and dismissals for Black students with disabilities. Your guidance and consultation will play an integral part in an ambitious department initiative, influencing positive outcomes across the community.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA national certification required
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
- Ability to adapt and consult across multiple classroom environments
- Genuine passion for equity and restorative practices in education
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analytic services within four designated classrooms, and potentially extend into Extended School Year (ESY) programming
- Consult with staff and administration to implement evidence-based strategies and interventions
- Analyze data and collaborate to reduce suspensions/dismissals among Black students with disabilities
- Support district-wide initiatives focused on equity, inclusion, and positive behavior outcomes
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and uphold district protocols
