Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting elementary students in a school environment close to Frederick, MD. Two full-time positions are available, providing essential behavioral support at two dynamic elementary settings. Assignments may begin immediately and are currently set through mid-November, with possible extension based on ongoing needs.

Your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician will support a diverse range of students. At Butterfly Ridge, you will focus on crisis and school-wide support for children ranging from Pre-K to 5th grade, engaging with students who benefit from a compassionate, proactive approach. At Orchard Grove, youll work closely in a student-specific capacity with the Learning for Life program, making a real difference in the lives of those who require individualized, structured support.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting children in educational settings, especially elementary grades
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, teachers, and families
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
• Flexibility to adjust to changing caseloads and respond to unique student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one and in group settings with students to implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide crisis support and help facilitate positive behavioral changes
• Accurately document behaviors, interventions, and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals
• Support Learning for Life program initiatives, as assigned

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am 4:00 pm
