This part-time, contract position offers an opportunity to apply your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise within a school setting, delivering services that foster student growth and success.

Location: Edison, NJ with additional service in Matawan, NJ
Position Type: Contract, Part-Time (25 hours per week)
Duration: Current School Year (CSY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic services and support to elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Manage a caseload focused on grades 1 through 4, delivering individualized interventions and data-driven behavior plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective behavioral strategies are implemented and progress is monitored.
  • May supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to guide intervention delivery and maintain quality compliance.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Experience working with children in elementary school settings, especially those with mild to moderate disabilities.
  • Ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
