Key Qualifications:

  • Active credential or certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Paraprofessional, or relevant behavioral support certification
  • Demonstrated experience working with students in special education or behavioral support roles
  • Strong knowledge of implementing behavioral intervention plans and collecting data to track progress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with educators, families, and support teams
  • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for fostering positive student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of educational specialists or Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
  • Support educational teams by offering strategies and insights to address challenging behaviors
  • Assist in developing social, communication, and academic skills within the classroom environment
  • Collect and document accurate behavioral data, participating in progress reviews and team meetings
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom atmosphere, helping students achieve their goals
