Sunbelt Staffing is supporting a school in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area and we are seeking a Title I Interventionist to provide targeted academic and behavioral support to students who need additional assistance in the classroom.

Position Details:

Location: Cheyenne, WY
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: May 2027

Hours: 7:40 AM5:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small-group academic interventions
Reinforce classroom instruction and foundational academic skills
Implement intervention plans and strategies established by the educational team
Monitor and document student progress
Provide behavioral and social-emotional support when needed
Help students develop organization, independence, and classroom readiness skills
Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and other school staff

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician (BT), or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
Experience working with school-aged students preferred
Comfortable providing both academic and behavioral support
Strong communication, patience, and relationship-building skills
