Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or equivalent required)
  • Experience implementing behavioral interventions in school environments
  • Familiarity working with diverse student populations, including those with behavioral or emotional needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to adapt strategies to different age groups and learning profiles
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and data-driven decision making

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments across school levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Train and support teachers, aides, and staff in crisis prevention and intervention techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing behavioral strategies and modifications
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering behavioral insights for student support teams
  • Foster safe, inclusive classroom environments that maximize students potential
